Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 8, 2025

At CyberNest Hub, we are committed to delivering high-quality cybersecurity consulting and compliance services. We value your trust and aim to ensure every engagement meets your expectations. However, due to the nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy.

1. Service-Based Refunds

All payments made to CyberNest Hub are for professional services which often include time, labor, expertise, and customized deliverables. As such, all payments are considered non-refundable once work has commenced or deliverables have been issued.

2. Cancellations Before Project Start

If a project is canceled by the client before the work has begun, a partial refund may be issued upon written request. In such cases, any applicable administrative or consultation fees may be deducted.

3. Client Satisfaction and Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with a service provided, we encourage you to contact us within 7 calendar days of final delivery. We will evaluate concerns on a case-by-case basis and work with you to reach a fair resolution, which may include revisions or partial refund at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Policy Creation (once documents have been delivered)

  • Remediation Support (hourly services once hours are completed)

  • NIST 800-171 Audits (once Gap Reports or documentation has been provided)
